Metta for the New Year

As we settle into the new year, let's take the time to cultivate an open heart and kindness for ourselves and others.

Jackie Stewart will lead a guided meditation session focused on the practice of lovingkindness or metta—a practice of cultivating care and goodwill toward yourself and others. Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this gathering offers a warm space to pause, breathe, and begin the year with care.

We'll also share about upcoming programs at A Mindful World, including our yearlong advanced and introductory Buddhist studies programs.
