Mindfulness & Navigating Holiday Stress

Free Panel Discussion - RSVP Here

The holiday season can sparkle with joy, warmth, and togetherness—but it can also stir up stress, family conflict, and deep emotional tensions. How do we stay grounded when the festivities feel overwhelming?

Join teachers Ethan Nichtern, Mindy Newman, LMHC, and Eric Gerard for a heartfelt and thought-provoking panel discussion, moderated by Lou Sharma, as they explore how mindfulness and Buddhist teachings can help us move through the season with compassion for ourselves and others.

Whether you're seeking peace amidst family chaos, grieving a loss, or simply hoping to deepen your presence during the holidays, this conversation offers inspiration to make space for joy—and everything else—this season.

Audience participation is encouraged—bring your questions, reflections, and curiosity!
